When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in new, unused condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium golf gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I care for my headcovers and apparel?
To maintain the quality of your gear, we recommend spot cleaning headcovers with a damp cloth. For apparel, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low.
Can I customize a headcover or polo?
We currently offer custom designs for large group orders and corporate events. Please contact our support team for minimum order quantities and pricing details.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, check with neighbors or contact our support team to start a claim.
